Theo
When I was fostering a litter of kittens who were born in my spare bedroom, a big “outdoor” cat started to come around my house. He sat on the shelf outside the window of the kitten’s room and they watched each other. My neighbor said he had been left behind with his brother when his owners lost their house to foreclosure. Then one day, he showed up with some severe injuries from a fight. I took him to my vet, got him patched up, vaccinated and neutered. I dubbed him Theo on the spot when the receptionist requested a name, and kept him in the kitchen for several days as he recovered from his injuries. After that incident, Theo has slept in my garage every night. He gets into a catfight about every two weeks. These images document artifacts from the most recent fight.
